This experience stems from positions at Novo Nordisk and Tryg, as well as from working as a consultant at Bain & Company and PA Consulting Group.

Drawing on proven experience in the financial, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors, along with a solid background in management consulting, Semko challenges conventional thinking to improve organizations’ responsiveness to customer needs through business process re-engineering.
